Blend Up Your Coconut Mocha
Step 1: Gather Your Supplies
Ingredients
1 Cask & Kettle Mexican Coffee Cocktail Pod
- 1 cup water (substitute decaf cold brew if desired)
- 1 tablespoon chocolate fudge sauce, plus extra for rimming the glass and drizzling
- 1 tablespoon half and half (or coconut cream)
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- whipped cream for garnish
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes for glass rim and garnish
Step 2: Make Your Mocha
Serves 1 (easily multiplied)
- Rim your coffee glasses in chocolate sauce, then dip in toasted coconut flakes
- Fill blender with 1 cup of ice
- Combine Cask & Kettle Mexican Coffee Cocktail Pod, water (or decaf cold brew), chocolate sauce, half and half, and coconut extract
- Blend it up!
- Pour into glass, top with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate fudge sauce, and toasted coconut
- Drink and enjoy

*To toast your own coconut flakes, put them in a dry skillet over medium/medium-low heat, stirring frequently until golden brown and fragrant.
